Mums & Bubs - Monday to Friday 830am, finished by 10am

(Open to all females, Bub or no bub)

Monday - 430am, finished by 6am

Tuesday - 430am, finished by 6am

Tuesday - 4pm, finished 630pm

Wednesday - 430am, finished by 6am (TBC)

Wednesday - 4pm, finished 630/7pm

Thursday - 430am, finished by 6am

*You can switch/change days around and can do a make up session if need be for that week if you miss your session.
