6 days a week - 18 Sessions (includes Kids Bootcamp)

Yellow = 45min sessions
Pink = 60min sessions
Mums & Bubs - Monday to Friday 8:30am, finished by 10am
(Open to all females, Bub or no bub)
Mixed groups:
Monday - 4:30am, finished by 6am
Monday - 4pm, finished 6:30/7pm
Tuesday - 430am, finished by 6am
Tuesday - 430pm, finished 6:30pm
Wednesday - 4:30am, finished by 6am
Wednesday - 4pm, finished 6:30/7pm
Thursday - 4:30am, finished by 6am
Thursday - 4pm, finished 6:30pm/7pm
Friday - 4:30am, finished by 6am
Saturday - 5:30am, finished by 9am
*You can switch/change days around and can do a make up session if need be for that week if you miss your session.
